Royal Productions Print Shop and Photography – Store Policy

1. Business Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

2. Services Offered

  • DTF Prints (Direct-to-Film transfers)
  • UV DTF Prints (for hard surfaces like glass, acrylic, plastics)
  • Custom T-Shirts (vinyl, DTF, sublimation)
  • Signage (indoor/outdoor)
  • Posters & Banners
  • Event Backdrops
  • Graphic Design Services
  • Photography Services
  • 360 booth rentals
  • Engraving services
  • Acrylic signage (Welcome, wedding, birthday etc.)
  • Cards, flyers, posters,
  • Book binding
  • Embroidery
  • Labels, tickets, invitation

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround: 3–14 business days (depending on order size and product type).
  • Rush service is available at an extra cost and subject to availability.

4. Payments

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
  • A 50% deposit is required to begin custom orders. Full payment must be made before pickup or delivery.
  • All prices are subject to VAT (if applicable).

5. File Submission & Artwork

  • Preferred file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS.
  • All files must be print-ready. We are not responsible for design errors in user-submitted artwork (e.g., spelling, low resolution).
  • Design assistance is available for an additional fee.

6. Proofs & Approvals

  • Proofs are provided upon request for customized designs (e.g., signage, backdrops, shirts).
  • Customer approval is required before production.
  • Once approved, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Refunds or reprints will only be issued in cases where the error was made by us (e.g., incorrect size, color, or print content that doesn’t match the approved proof).

8. Order Pickup & Delivery

  • You will be contacted when your order is ready.
  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days or may be discarded or incur a storage fee.
  • Local delivery is available for an additional fee. Shipping for certain items is available upon request.

9. Customer Property

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to items supplied by customers (e.g., garments, substrates).
  • Items left beyond 30 days may be disposed of or donated.

10. Conduct & Communication

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive or disrespectful behavior.
  • All communication should be courteous and professional.
